Viviane Araújo dos Santos is most famous for her appearances in Brazilian carnival as a favorite Queen of the bateria. She was the Queen of the drums for escola de samba Mocidade Independente de Padre Miguel, from 2002 -2007 and Salgueiro beginning in 2008 and 2009. She takes her samba dancing seriously and is often recorded preparing for her performanaces.

Viviane Araújo dos Santos (born Rio de Janeiro, March 25, 1975) is also a well-known model and actress Brazil, famous for partially clothed and nude fotos as well as her performances in many comedies and dramas. Still there is no samba dancer with more fotos indexed by google image search than Viviane.

Ms. Araújo was voted as the best batteria carnival queen just ahead of Juliana Paes of Virodouro. She is shown above appearing with a Salgueiro tambourine player as she is just about to enter the Sambodromo to reign as their Queen of the Drums for 2008. According to the survey, conducted by the Brazilian Institute of Social Research (IBPS), there was a technical tie between Viviane Araújo (6.6%) of Salgueiro, and Juliana Paes (6.4%), successor to the great Luma de Oliveira who reigned for so many years including 5 Playboy cover for Viradouro. Also in 2008, Viviane Araujo was crowned queen of gays in Brazil during the 12th edition of the GLBT Pride Parade the day held on May 25, on Avenida Paulista in Sao Paulo. This is currently considered the largest gay freedom day pride parade in the world.
Viviane became very well known as the godmother of bateria for escola de samba Mocidade Independente de Padre Miguel since 2002. She premiered as queen of bateria for premiered as queen of battery in the Imperio Tijuca in 1997.

Viviane Araujo's career began at the sweet age of 16 when she first appeared in some advertising campaigns and began entering beauty contests. Her best known early title was "the Bum Bum girl" from a 1994 Carnival contest at the club Mount Lebanon.

The long and successful relationship with the magazine Sports began in 1999, and at once proved to be a wise decision for both parties, with the magazine setting all-time sales records. Also in 1999, our Muse was elevated to the muse of he carnival by the newspaper O Dia. In 1999, her cover and nude photos for the magazine "Sexy," brought her greater prominence in Brazilian media. Viviane would return to Sexy in January 2000 (Special Sexy with video), in March 2001 and July 2002, repeating the success with these last two editions and the most sold in the year and in the history of the magazine.
Since 2005 she has been in the cast of the TV program Zorra Total.

In October 2006, Viviane finally reached the cover of the magazine Playboy, in a special edition made just for her, with 72 pages of photos, a record in the magazine. Once when asked what parts of her body had silicone she replied; "I put silicone in Sao Paulo."

Today, Viviane is engaged to a Brazilian soccer player called Radamés, previously she was married for 8 years to the singer Belo whom she lived with in a mansion in Rio de Janeiro. Belo is currently engaged to Gracyanne Barbosa, the Queen of the Drums for Mangueira Some in the media think there may be strong feelings about the matter but both Queens graciously deny wishing anything but the best for their rival.
